Alicia Callanan Mandigo

Alicia Callanan Mandigo is a veteran journalist with multiple talents. A former television reporter, Mandigo worked in diverse markets across the country, including #5 ranked San Jose- San Francisco, before returning to her hometown of Winter Park to begin a family. Although working in news helped Mandigo develop into an excellent on-air personality and interviewer, her strength as a journalist has always lay in her writing.

A move to long format producing through the local PBS has allowed her to explore story-telling potentials that local tv news simply does not allow. She is recognized as a dynamic, cutting-edge producer who is just as comfortable behind the camera as she is in front of it. A writer at heart, Mandigo is also a regular feature writer for a Central Florida food magazine and an annual contributor to one of the Fodor’s Travel Guides published by Random House.
